Once we receive them from the lab, test results are reviewed by your GP. If there is anything to discuss, the GP or nurse will contact you via Manage My Health or if you are not signed up for that, by text or phone call.
In some cases, you may receive notification of a negative result or ‘no result’ directly from the lab, or from us.
If you have not heard from us within 3-4 days of having your tests done, please contact our nurse line on 07 8720300, option 2.
Note that some tests can take up to 10 days to process.
