Repeat script             $20 - allow 2-3 working days to process

0 to 13 yrs                   no charge

All Urgent scripts   $30 - order 2-3 working days earlier to avoid extra cost

                                           Enter “urgent script" in the comments field on your request.

                                           Your urgent script will be done same day if ordered prior to 2.00pm.

                                           If ordered after 2.00pm, the urgent script is available the next day.

Prescriptions are not processed on Public Holidays or weekends.

To request a repeat prescription, fill out the form below. All fields must be filled out, or your request will not be submitted.

If you choose ‘send to pharmacy’, enter the pharmacy name and the specific location you want the prescription sent to. This ensures there is no delay.

It is helpful to ask your pharmacy staff what their reasonable time frame is for the pick-up of electronic scripts. This can save you time when collecting your script.

Payments can be made online to bank account - Westpac 03 0442-0182067-001. 

Enter your TAMC invoice or chart number AND your name as references for your payment. This ensures there is no delay in updating your payment.
